We will not sell mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. All non web site critical details are stored on an off-line server.

What information do we need to process an order

For us to process your order, we will need to know your name, e-mail address, company name (if applicable) delivery address, credit card number and expiry date or Purchase Order details for account customers.

How are your personal details kept secure

When you type in credit card information to the Onlineshopcy web site our secure server ensures all details are encrypted at your browser before they are sent to us. While your order is being processed and when we create a customer record, we store your personal details on our in-house servers and on our internal accounting systems.

Paper hardcopy information which has personal or sensitive information is NEVER thrown into the rubbish bins. All paperwork which contains names, addresses, card details etc is placed into dedicated waste sacks within our offices. When these are full, they are then security sealed and taken away by an approved security waste contractor for secure disposal. All waste sacks are numbered and a certificate is supplied to prove secure disposal

How do we use your personal details

We only use your details, email address, telephone numbers, postal address etc to respond to your enquiry or to send you periodic offers or information. You are given the option to unsubscribe when receiving these emails.
